I contacted Mel with a need to get two flats cleaned at short notice. She attended on the same day for an inspection and had both flats cleaned by the morning of the next day, including a post clean inspection with photos sent to me.

I don’t as a rule have cleaners but after months of building work and a complete new kitchen I was overwhelmed with the dust - you could write your name in it! Mel came initially to look and was very friendly and professional.

Never had a cleaner before and was very apprehensive being OCD with my cleaning.
Mel handled all the communication and put my mind at ease, I had 3 hours cleaning and it was beyond my expectations. Great job not a corner left umntouched

OCD has far exceeded any expectations I had of a 'good' job and have been brilliant from day one.
Very friendly, yet extremely professional, Mel and the rest of the team have delighted us - i think it would be a tall order to find anyone else out there that will do a better job than Mel’s cleaning company!

Mel, the lady who runs the company is wonderful. There is nothing that her team will not tackle and all with a smile. Her team have incredibly high standards and give amazing results.I am also happy to leave the house in their capable hands without any concerns whatsoever.I would definitely recommend their services.Ten out of ten and a sparkly gold star!

I'm a Landlord and i rent my property out to three busy individual tenants. This is the first time that i have used Mel’s cleaning company services and we are now just moving into our second year. I was recommended this particular company for the excellent service they provide. I never leave reviews, but this time I decided to write it as I was very happy with the result. End-of-tenancy cleaning left the place just sparkling! and ladies were very efficient and prompt!! The estate agency performed the check-out very quickly!
